Free Yoga Workshop with Patricia McPherson Recap! | Avazera

On January 29th, we held a free yoga workshop at Habitual Fitness & Lifestyle led by the amazing Patricia McPherson

Patricia, with her calming nature and honey-smooth voice, discussed intentions and manifestations. She facilitated a truly tranquil meditative session that allowed us to begin our yoga practice with a focused mindset.

Next, we got our bodies moving with beginner style, gentle Hatha striking poses such as “Warrior” “Chair”, “Cobra,” and our favourite, the Sun Salutations sequence. The crowd was refreshingly diverse! We enjoyed seeing beginners giving it their all and avid yogi’s showing us their skills. As we flowed and breathed with mindful intention, we experienced a therapeutic energetic release that really encouraged us to get into our bodies. Patricia’s knowledge, confidence and skillful delivery throughout the practice made for a powerful experience.

Everyone enjoyed themselves and felt rejuvenated for the week ahead. A big round of applause to all those who joined us for this event. Our organic superfoods and loose-leaf tea wellness blends were also a hit- especially our Zen Tea!

Check out some photos from that day!
