Avazera Recipe: Steamed Vegetables with Jasmine Green Tea Potato Cream

Today the Avazera team is sharing a delicious steamed vegetable recipe with a spin. We are going beyond the teacup and using our organic Rejuvenation Tea made with organic green tea and organic jasmine petals to create a new adventure in aroma and flavour! 



  • 16 small pink turnips 
  • 8 leaves Tuscan cabbage
  • 1 head – radicchio, divided in 4
  • 1 head – endive, divided in 4 
  • 1 small head – chard
  • 8 small bunches of spinach
  • 4 radishes
  • 4 leaves of savoy cabbage
  • extra virgin olive oil as needed
  • salt as needed


  • 500g of potatoes
  • 350 mL of fresh cream
  • 1/4 tbsp. of salt
  • 1 tbsp. of Avazera’s Rejuvenation Tea 


1. Clean and cut the vegetables and steam them separately 

2. After cooking each of them for several minutes, arrange them on a tray covered with paper towels to eliminate excess water 

3. Dress the vegetables with extra virgin olive oil and salt

4. To prepare the cream, boil the potatoes in a tall sauce pan for 45 minutes 

5. Then peel and place the potatoes in the blender and add the cream, salt, and Avazera’s Rejuvenation Tea 

6. Blend for a few minutes until the tea has released its full flavour 

7. When plating, lay down the cream first by spreading it using a serving spoon to form stripes. On top, you will arrange the vegetables. It is important you dress them well with the extra virgin olive oil so they are glossy!

This recipe creates 4 servings. As well, a great tea to pair with this delicious meal is our Rejuvenation Tea!
