At Avazera, we love that these brownies are ready in less than 15 minutes. The best part? They’re no-bake! Follow this recipe to make tasty vegan, gluten-free, no-bake brownies for the whole family to enjoy!
Rich, Indulgent No-Bake Brownies
Yields: 16 Total
Time: 15 minutes | Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, No-Bake
– 1/4 cup of Avazera’s organic Raw Cacao
– 2 cups of loosely packed Medjool dates, pitted
– 2 tsp. water
– 1/4 + 1/8 tsp. sea salt
– 1/4 cup of agave
– 2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
– 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup of Avazera’s organic Tiger Nuts, chopped for garnish, optional
First, add all the ingredients, except for the Tiger Nuts into a food processor and combine until a dough consistency is reached. Next, pour the brownie mixture into a parchment-lined dish such as an 8×8. Add the Tiger Nuts and press down with your hands until it is flat and firm. To prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands you can use a piece of parchment. Lift the parchment paper to remove the brownies and use your hands to slightly squeeze in the sides to help make the brownies slightly thicker. Finally, transfer back to dish and place in the freezer or fridge to chill for 10-15 minutes before cutting into 12 even squares.
