Avazera Recipe: Nourish Me Chia Seed Pudding!

Today the Avazera team is sharing a healthy, delicious and easy strawberry chia seed pudding recipe made with our organic chia seeds! A delicious choice for those who have health-related resolutions they want to achieve in 2016! 

Here’s what you’ll need for this chia seed pudding: 

– ½ cup of chia seeds
– 2 cups of fresh strawberries, tops removed
– 1 ½ cups of coconut milk
– ¼ cup of honey
– ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
– ¾ tsp. of finely grated lime zest

1. Mix the chia seeds with 1 cup of coconut milk
2. Stir the mixture well, cover the bowl and place the bowl inside the refrigerator overnight
3. Place the strawberries, the remaining coconut milk, honey, vanilla and lime zest into a blender- blend until smooth
4. Take out your chia seed mixture from fridge (stir once more before serving) and top it off with the delicious strawberry mixture

5. Enjoy!
