What if I sign-up in-between seasons?

If you sign up in between seasons, you will get the seasonal AZ BOX that is currently shipping or our Wellness Starter Edition. Your order form will also note which box will be the first box in your subscription.

Can I buy just one AZ BOX?

Since the AZ BOX is a seasonal membership, you must sign up for a membership and agree to our Terms and Conditions. All memberships auto-renew each season and you can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Once you’re a member, you’ll have access to our amazing perks!

What is the AZ BOX | Wellness Starter Edition?

If you begin your Avazera membership in between seasons and once a seasonal box has sold out, your first box will be our Wellness Starter Edition!

Can I buy an AZ BOX from a past season?

Yes — while quantities last — this will be noted in our store.


What is the difference between the AZ BOX | Lite and AZ BOX | Luxe?

The main difference is that our AZ BOX | Lite does not include all of the premium feel-good products that you would find in our AZ BOX | Luxe

AZ BOX | Luxe includes: 6-7 products with 2-3 additional essentials and tools to help you on your wellness journey!  
AZ BOX | Lite includes: 3-4 products with 1-2 additional essentials and tools to help you on your wellness journey!

I just signed up for the AZ BOX membership! What will I receive in my box?

Welcome to the AZ BOX family! As an AZ BOX member, in each box, you will receive a number our premium superfoods and organic loose-leaf tea wellness blends every season along with a few essentials and tools that compliment your lifestyle of health, vitality, and growth! Each feel-good item in your box was hand-picked and co-curated by Team Avazera alongside a certified holistic nutritionist with YOU in mind to help elevate your health while renewing and restoring your mind, body, and spirit.

A portion of all proceeds from every box will go towards supporting Plan International’s Endless Harvest program- providing food security to women, adolescents and young children.

AZ Points — With every purchase and referral you will accumulate AZ Points which are redeemable for products or cash!

How do I sign-up?

To sign up for an AZ BOX membership, head to our website at www.avazera.com/az-box and click on “Join Now” or “Get Your AZ Box!” Fill out the order form to set up your seasonal or annual membership.

Once you order your box, you will fill in your shipping and billing information. Once you’re signed up, your membership will auto-renew every season or year until you decide to pause or cancel.

You’ll also have full access to your account to explore your Avazera dashboard.

Can I shop with Avazera even if I don’t sign-up for a seasonal membership?

Please do! Our shop is constantly updated with new products, including Bundles, Limited Edition boxes, and so much more. 


What is the Avazera Difference?

Our feel-good products are: certified organic, vegan, gluten-free , non-GMO, fair-trade and contain no added sugar or artificial additives!

How long will my products stay fresh?

At the bottom right-hand corner of your products you will see an icon indicating the length of freshness a specific product has once it’s seal is opened.


How can I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your seasonal or annual membership at any time by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel” on your account page. You can also reach out to us via email at support@avazera.com to pause or cancel or if you have any questions.

When will I be billed for my AZ BOX membership?

After selecting either seasonal or annual billing, you will be billed right away at checkout to reserve your AZ BOX membership.


If you choose to join as a seasonal member, you will be billed every 90 days from your first billing date, and receive the AZ Box for that season, until the membership is paused or cancelled.


For annual membership you will be charged upfront for a full year of boxes. You will not be charged for your membership again until the end of your annual term. Your membership automatically renews each year unless you decide to pause or cancel before your renewal date.  

What is your return policy?

We have a return policy of 30 days if unopened and still sealed.

When can I expect my AZ BOX?

Our AZ BOX is currently shipping with a retail value of over $250.00 and it is expected to ship within 3 – 5 business days of your billing date. You will receive an email notification when your box has shipped, and it will include a tracking link!

Is shipping free?

There is a flat shipping fee of 8.95 for the AZ BOX | Lite, however shipping is absolutely free for the AZ BOX | Luxe.
